12 Days Before Christmas – Day 10

It is December 15, 2009 and 10 days before Christmas. Here’s another recipe to take to a holiday party or to just have at home watching the football game.

Ingredients needed:

8oz Cream Cheese
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tbl spoon horseradish
1 tbl spoon minced onion
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbl spoon honey

Mix together add 6 oz crab meat – chill

Serve on your favorite cracker and with your favorite white wine – Passaggio Unoaked Chardonnay goes well…
